You are a hands-on couple when it comes to planning
and want the expertise that Dreams & Designs can provide.
Dreams & Designs will communicate with you through scheduled meetings, phone, and email to ensure a smooth planning process.
A series of meetings will be held throughout the planning stages with the Bride and Groom.
Meeting 1 Discuss preliminary wedding details and provide you with wedding vendor recommendations
Meeting 2 Create a wedding itinerary and timeline
Meeting 3 All details will be finalized 1-2 weeks prior to wedding date
Dreams & Designs will provide vendor recommendations for:
Photographer
Videographer
Florist
Caterer (if different from reception site)
Ceremony musicians
Reception entertainment (Band or DJ)
Cake
Transportation
Bridal apparel
Mens apparel
Invitations
Officiant
Salon for hair & make-up
*Dreams & Designs will attend vendor meetings at an additional hourly cost
A calendar will be created for you to track all of your planning
Negotiate group rate for hotel room block(s)
All vendors will be confirmed 1 week prior to wedding
Assist with creating a Bridal Party Timeline
Wedding Ceremony Coordination
Decorate ceremony site
Assist with the pinning of corsages and boutonnieres if needed
Meet with bridal party prior to ceremony and coordinate all of their roles
Take any dιcor from ceremony to reception site
Wedding Reception Coordination
Assist in the creation of a seating chart
Decorate reception site
Placement of guest book, toasting flutes, favors, place cards, table numbers, cake knife, etc.
Have contact with each vendor to ensure they are on time and providing you the best service
Dreams & Designs will be on site until all vendors are in place at reception and banquet staff is ready to serve(extra time can be discussed)
Coordinate and attend the Rehearsal
