Dreams & Designs will communicate with you through scheduled meetings, phone, and email to ensure a smooth planning process.
A series of meetings will be held throughout the planning stages with the Bride and Groom.
Meeting 1 Discuss preliminary wedding details and outline a budget
Meetings 2 - 4 Assist in choosing vendors, schedule vendor meetings, negotiate pricing, finalize vendors
Meeting 5 Create a wedding timeline
Meeting 6 Finalize reception menu and details (this meeting may include the reception site contact person)
Meeting 7 All details will be finalized 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date
All appointments with vendors will be booked by your planner and Dreams & Designs will be in attendance at each vendor meeting with you (schedule permitting).

A custom-designed calendar will be created for you to track all of your planning
Designated as the primary contact for all vendors.
Wedding Budget assistance
Assist the couple in finding ceremony and reception locations
Negotiate group rate for hotel room block(s)
All vendors will be confirmed 1 week prior to wedding
Assist in the design, creation, assembling of Save The Dates and Invitations
Create a Bridal Party Timeline
Assist with RSVPs
Wedding Ceremony Coordination
Design, create, and assemble wedding programs
Wedding Ceremony assistance (readings, music, vows)
Decorate ceremony site
Assist with the pinning of corsages and boutonnieres if needed
Meet with bridal party prior to ceremony and coordinate all of their roles
Take any dιcor from ceremony to reception site
Wedding Reception Coordination
Assist in the creation of a seating chart
Assist in the design, creation, assembling of place cards and table numbers
Assist with wedding favors
Assist with must play and do not play lists for Band/DJ
Decorate reception site
Placement of guest book, toasting flutes, favors, place cards, table numbers, cake knife, etc.
Have contact with each vendor to ensure they are on time and providing you the best service
Dreams & Designs will be on site until all vendors are in place at reception and banquet staff is ready to serve(extra time can be discussed)
