| Dreams & Designs will communicate with you through scheduled meetings, phone, and email to ensure a smooth planning process.
• Meet with bride and groom 1-2 weeks prior to wedding to finalize all details and review the final wedding day itinerary
• Work with your vendors on the day of the wedding to ensure you are receiving the most superior service and that your timeline is adhered to
• Ensure all items that need to be at the ceremony/reception sites (guest book, programs, favors, place cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake knife, décor) are in place
• Decorate ceremony and/or reception site with provided décor items from the bride and groom
• Greet wedding party before ceremony begins to ensure they each know their respective roles
• Assist with the pinning of corsages and boutonnieres if needed
• Dreams & Designs will be on site until all vendors are in place at reception and banquet staff is ready to serve(additional time can be discussed)
$350 to include all services
*Also available to be on site to coordinate the Rehearsal.
